ABOUT

Samantha

Samantha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in treating adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions.

She attended the University of Connecticut, where she earned her Bachelor's in Psychology. From there, she moved to New York City to attend New York University, receiving her Master of Social Work (MSW).

Samantha started her career at the world-renowned academic medical center, Mount Sinai as the Social Worker on the inpatient Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation and Human Performance unit. Following her time there, she began practicing individual psychotherapy through agency partners providing virtual individual and couples therapy to adults.

Samantha opened her own private practice - SG Psychotherapy - in 2025, allowing her to provide more tailored and individualized therapy for her clients. Navigating this new chapter of life has reinforced her passion for helping others manage their own transitions, recognize their full potential, and find clarity in the chaos of everyday life.
